OUR SENIOR SERVICES ARE FOR BOTH INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SESSIONS.
HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
You may call from any location to request a session within our geographic service area. At the time of the first call, an intake of information will be conducted including all relevant information as to the client, site facility and regulations, a brief overview of their health and your relationship to the client and your billing information. This is a very unique and personal connection and we want to make it just right for the convenience of the client.
Once this information is completed, I will contact the facility to review their policies and have them advise me on best time for visiting. You will then receive an email update and invoice for service. The session will be scheduled for one hour. The services are not offered in individual residential settings, unless there is a caretaker present at the time of service. GARDENS OF CALIFORNIA IS NOT A MEDICAL COMPANY NOR DOES IT OFFER MEDICAL CARE.

Flowers / herbs / plants will vary with time of year. Silk arrangements are available if botanicals may subject client to allergies. Our needlepoint canvas selections may be found in our store. Upon selecting a needlepoint canvas notions will be provided.
Visiting with your loved one is a very special honor. I understand that time and distance often play a major part in your not being able to be their in person yourself. I look forward to scheduling the first visit and will be pleased to schedule consecutive bi-weekly or monthly or special event sessions to follow. There is such a huge difference in sending flowers or a gift and having them delievered with a warm hour long greeting.

A full refund will be offered for cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit.
Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a $50.00 soft material cancellation fee.
Rescheduling 48 hours prior to the event will be upon availability.
Given the nature of our clients, fairness will be exercised within these terms.
There are many care communites in San Ramon and the East Bay area that I will be visiting to introduce and offer a one time free group service for the months of June and July. The group may be up to 4 persons and we will have an hour of botanical fun.

Sessions for groups of 4 are $240.00 per session. All materials are provided. Sessions are for a 1 hour period. Bi-monthly and / or monthly sessions are recommended.
